Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this Referral Scheme you are deemed to have accepted the Terms outlined below. You acknowledge that the Terms can be modified at any time and the Referral Scheme can be withdrawn without notice. Any amendments or new terms and conditions shall be available on Holden Knight’s website.
Definitions
“Minimum Term” shall mean the time worked by the Referred Candidate in Placement.
“Placement” - shall mean the engagement of the Referred Candidate by Holden knight education client either in a permanent role or via Holden Knight Education as a temporary worker and “Place” or “Placed” shall be construed accordingly
“Referral” - submission of the Referred Candidate’s details to Holden Knight Education by the Referrer via the referral form on Holden Knight website.
“Referred Candidate” shall mean the person who has been referred to Holden Knight Education by a Referrer in accordance with these Terms and shall exclude anyone already registered with, engaged and/or employed by Holden Knight Education and/or anyone on assignment with Holden Knight Education’s existing clients.
“Referrer” shall mean a person who refers to Holden Knight Education, a candidate for a temporary or permanent role in accordance with these Terms. The Referrer shall be aged 18 and over and a resident in the United Kingdom.
Before you enter
The Referrer confirms that prior to submitting contact details of the Referred Candidate to Holden Knight Education, the Referrer has obtained the consent of the Referred Candidate for Holden Knight Education to:
a) contact the Referred Candidate, and
b) retain their details for the purposes of providing work-finding services for them.
The Referrer further warrants and confirms that by submitting details of the Referred Candidate the Referrer (or any third party) is not in breach of any duty owed to any other person or organisation.
Reward and eligibility
All successful referrals will be rewarded with a £150 Amazon gift card, emailed to the Referrer’s email address provided. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that the correct email address is supplied upon referral.
The referral will be paid out on completion of:
For temporary positions: a minimum of 30 days of work following the Referral being processed.For permanent roles: a minimum of 8 weeks in employment following the Referral being processed.
