Free school uniforms or food vouchers
Making the right impact
At Holden Knight Education, we understand how hard schools and teachers work to help provide a top quality education to pupils across the country. And with tightening school budgets, growing pupil numbers and an estimated 4.3 million children living in poverty, this task becomes even more challenging, with an added pressure to deliver impactful education at all levels.

An initiative centred on social value
As part of our mission to ensure no child is left behind, we are excited to launch a new incentive, with social value at its heart. This campaign aims to help your school provide much-needed school uniforms or food vouchers to the pupils who need them most.

How it works
It couldn’t be simpler - every day of supply booked through Holden Knight Education between 2 September 2024 and 27 June 2025, will be added together to form your collective total at the end of the academic year.
There are 5 levels you can fall into. And depending on your total number of days booked at the end of the campaign, you will receive one of five donations to use on either school uniforms or food vouchers for your pupils.
To be eligible for a donation, a minimum of 250 days of support need to be booked through the academic year. For every 250 days booked, your school will progress up one level in the table below.
Level | Days Booked | Donation |
---|---|---|
1 | 250 (ave 2 FT temps per week) | £500 |
2 | 500 (ave 3 FT temps per week) | £1,000 |
3 | 750 (ave 4 FT temps per week) | £1,500 |
4 | 1,000 (ave 5 FT temps per week) | £2,000 |
5 | 1,250 (ave 7 FT temps per week) | £2,500 |
Giving back to those who need it most
Every child deserves to have their basic needs covered, which include food, clothing, shelter, medical care and protection from harm. We recognise that the current cost of living crisis is making it difficult for some parents and carers to provide some of these needs, and they often turn to schools for support.
We also appreciate your resources aren’t unlimited, and look forward to supporting as many schools as possible at the end of the academic year with donations to benefit families in need. We hope that by giving back to support schools, we can collectively make a small difference that makes a positive impact to pupils who need it most.
