Why partner with Holden Knight Education?
Forming partnerships for impact
At Holden Knight Education, our job doesn’t stop at finding your school education specialists - it’s where it begins. Once we help fulfil your hiring needs, we help create an environment and culture that helps your school, staff and pupils benefit from working with us. We have done this through creating partnerships with organisations that can help make a positive impact. To learn more about these, please take a look at some of our latest partnerships and initiatives designed to bring value to schools, below.
Schools Advisory Service
The number of excellent teaching staff leaving the profession and taking absence due to mental health, stress and burnout reasons is a real concern. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Schools Advisory Service to provide complimentary wellbeing support to any temporary teaching staff we place in your school. This support is designed to help teaching staff when symptoms develop, not just when absence occurs. In turn, helping staff deliver the quality education your pupils deserve, and your school to reduce staff turnover.
All our staff will have access to dedicated wellbeing support through the School Wellbeing App. Some of the support services available include, counselling, nurse support, Cancer and chronic illness support, bereavement support, integrated GP service and physiotherapy. A full list of services can be found here.

Sport In Mind
Life for your pupils both inside and outside of school can be difficult. This can lead to poor mental health, which can impact not only their education, but the rest of their life too.
Sport in Mind is the UK’s leading mental health sports charity, delivering physical activity projects in partnership with the NHS in order to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
Through our partnership with the charity we aim to help positively impact as many young individuals as possible. Speak to us to see how your school can access free resources and sessions from the charity to support the mental health of your pupils.
