I did my Mental Health First Aid training yesterday with Magda and it was brilliant! The course was really informative and engaging and there was lots of opportunity for good discussions and reflecting on how this course relates to our own practice.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training for several reasons:\nComprehensive Content: The training covered a wide range of essential first aid topics, including CPR, handling unconscious casualties. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and experienced. The instructors fostered a positive atmosphere where questions were welcomed, and no one felt embarrassed to seek clarification or assistance. Overall, the EFAW training was an enriching and empowering experience. It has provided me with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergencies, which is immensely satisfying and reassuring.
