As the Homes Manager at House O'th Hill, I bring over 16 years of experience in the sector, including six years as a Registered Manager. During that time, I led a team that achieved an Outstanding rating in all assessed areas for two consecutive years. I hold an NVQ Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, and I’m passionate about providing high-quality care and strong, effective leadership.
