We achieve this by ensuring a collaborative and transparent communication approach with multi-agency stakeholders who are involved in the care of the child or young person (CYP). We partner with local authorities to design intervention programmes typically for vulnerable CYP on a one-to-one basis.

We provide academic tuition, pastoral/therapeutic mentoring and SEND support for children and young people across the UK.
Our interventions can take place in-person or online, be curriculum or vocational based and can be aligned with PEP’s, care plans and EHCP’s.

The CYP’s voice is always at the centre of our support programmes. Our interventions are planned and designed to fit around each learner. These are then regularly reviewed ensuring that we consistently take into account their current circumstances, current progress and desired outcomes.

Our academic and therapeutic tutors/pastoral mentors are passionate about helping learners succeed and committed to improving outcomes for all CYP they support. Alongside providing vital academic support they are trained to provide wellbeing support to individuals who may be experiencing mental health issues, emotional distress, or facing difficult life circumstances. All progress is clearly evidenced and impact measured against desired outcomes. You can also rest assured anyone working with a CYP is fully compliant with safer recruitment and KCSIE Sept 2025.
