How it works
Care Guardian gives unlimited, compliant support to your children's residential home for a fixed fee. It eliminates costly per-hire agency fees and the admin burden of finding long-term staff through unlimited permanent recruitment for key roles, including Residential Support Workers. We maintain continuous talent pooling of permanent and temporary staff to ensure your team pipeline is always full.
You will also have unlimited compliance and vetting, offering a complete end-to-end service that aligns with stringent Ofsted standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
You’ll also receive unlimited training delivery, ensuring your team upholds the highest standard of trauma-informed practice, including certified CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) training.
The final core part of our commitment is to help you mitigate staff emergencies by providing access to a pre-vetted, experienced Staff Bank at cost. Crucial for maintaining stability for the children you support. We continually recruit, vet, and train this local pool of professionals on your behalf. Access temporary cover for planned and unplanned absences including the ability to quickly flex team ratios up during crises, without expensive agency shift rates.
