Hi, my name is Kelly. I have been a Registered Manager with Holden Knight for a year and a half. During this time, I opened and developed two homes alongside my amazing teams to create therapeutic, homely environments for our young people. I've worked within social care for 24 years and 14 of these supporting children and young people with a diverse range of needs, mainly within management and leadership roles. Having completed my diploma 5 in leadership and management, I pride myself on developing good relationships with every team member I work alongside and every young person I meet, ensuring each individual approach and need is celebrated and encouraged.
